How Long We Retain Your Data

 If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

Cancelling your subscription immediately removes you from receiving updates and access to Ask Andre resources, including the monthly password. In the case you wish to cancel your subscription, we advise that you cancel close to the end of your subscription period. Ask Andre is password protected, and the password is reset on the first of every month. If you cancel your subscription early, you may not receive the upcoming month's password.
