With 19 years as a Mental Health Therapist and experience in everything from professional sports to business ownership, I bring a unique perspective to leadership development. I'm not here to give you theory – I'm here to give you tools that work today.

As Founder of You Evolving Now, it's my mission to enhance Leadership and Work/Life Harmony for organizations, leaders, employees, and teams with high-energy, interactive, culture-impacting leadership training programs and speaking engagements; allowing a professional and personal evolution.
